We would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and thank you for your business during 2023. We all look forward to working with you again in 2024.

Throughout the Christmas period, orders can still be placed through the website as normal allowing you to enjoy 2023 prices. We will continue to process all orders placed with the cut of times for delivery in 2023 running up until the week commencing 18th of December. After which point it is advised you call to check on dispatch dates and times.

Delivery details will be provided VIA email as normal. On days where we are open will we be operating with reduced number of staff and response times may be affected. When we are open, Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx deliveries (or any orders using a next day service) will be processed and dispatched as normal.

Please be aware any delivery times displayed on product pages may be affected during this period.

Stocked Item Dispatch Cut Off
Last day of dispatch 21st December,
Small items (such as taps and plumbing equipment etc) will also dispatched on the 27th & 28th December before returning to normal on the 2nd January

Non-Stocked Item Dispatch Cut Off
Last day of dispatch varies between manufacturers with the last day for all being the 21st of December.
Should you wish your items before Christmas please order before 15th December.
