The Beaufort baths range of acrylic baths come with Ultra-Strong attributes at an affordable price point.
Beaufort Baths are available in a range of styles and offer the standard Storm Proof 5mm Beaufort Acrylic Baths and the Ultra-Strong Bauforte reinforced Baths. Which helps to retain heat in the bath for longer soaks and gives added durability to the bath itself.

Beaufort Baths
After more than 3 years of research and development, with a major investment in the latest technology, equipment and production facilities, Eastbrook is proud to introduce Beaufort, our new improved collection of exceptional baths.
Through working closely with showrooms, plumbers, installers, and end-users, we have developed a thorough knowledge about what people want from their bath. The Beaufort range is the culmination of our technical and market experience combined with our practical knowledge and understanding of what a bath fitter requires.
Named after the Beaufort wind force scale used by the Met Office for the shipping forecast, each new line is named after a sea region around the British Isles. Relating to the strong winds and fair weather conditions in these regions, the new Beaufort collection combines the lightness and warmth of acrylic with the strongest and best insulating materials available, to deliver the perfect bath.
Beaufort baths come in a range of sizes and style including Single Ended Baths, Double Ended Baths, Shower Baths and freestanding baths.
Galeforce Strength
BEST IN CLASS MANUFACTURING
Following the best British manufacturing standards and technical innovation, Beaufort baths are manufactured in the UK with skill and precision.
All Beaufort baths are manufactured from 5mm Asterite sanitaryware grade cell cast acrylic sheet. As a result of the acrylic being cast the colour is all the way through the material rather than a top surface layer. Each bath is vacuum formed on the very latest vertical vacuum forming machines that are capable of zone heating the acrylic prior to moulding to ensure not only an even form every time but an ability to control the material thickness as it is drawn into the tool.
STORM PROOF STANDARDS
Following the finest traditions of British craftsmanship and technical innovation, the Beaufort line is manufactured to extracting standards meeting EN198, CE EN14516:2015 CL1 PH standards.
The production moulds have been created using one of the fastest and most accurate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems available to machine the best quality solid aluminium bath moulds that have been milled to tolerances of 10 micrometres. Regulated temperature controls and integrated vacuum chambers ensure that each bath formed is done so in regimented conditions to ensure the perfect result every time.
