What payment methods do you support?
We currently process payments using BACS, Bank Apps, Payment Links, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and Maestro.
Do you offer finance or a buy now pay later service?
Yes we do! We offer finance on supply / purchase only sales purchased online or instore. We offer Pay in 3 interest-free payments, or pay £0 today and spread the cost for up to 24 months. Do you offer a fitting service?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive design, installation, and project management service, taking care of the entire process from start to finish, including waste removal.
Our fitting service is available across Redcar and Cleveland, Teesside, Northallerton, and Richmond. Please note that we specialise exclusively in complete bathroom installations and do not undertake partial projects or small plumbing jobs.
If you require smaller plumbing work or part installations, we recommend visiting our Middlesbrough trade counter, where you can find contact details for trusted local plumbers.
When should I book my plumber/fitter?
We strongly advise that all customers wait until all goods are received and checked prior to arranging any tradespeople on site or performing any preparatory work. Rubber Duck Bathrooms will not accept liability or offer compensation for any 3rd party costs incurred as a result of delay on receipt of goods. We always endeavor to deliver our bathroom items ASAP and without damage but sometimes items may be lost or suffer damage in transit and/or be delayed by the manufacturer without notice.
When should I check my order for damage or issues?
You should inspect all goods as soon as they arrive. If there are any damages or discrepancies, please notify us ASPA and within a reasonable timeframe.
If you’re unable to check immediately, please ensure the delivery and items are checked within 24hours and contact us in writing as soon as you can. Reporting issues late may affect your claim.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith. They may change depending on updates from manufacturers and events beyond our control ie adverse weather, vehcile breakdowns or road closures.
We cannot accept liability for any loss or costs caused by delivery delays.
Where will my delivery be left?
Deliveries are made to the nearest accessible hard road point. Drivers are not insured to bring goods inside your property. While some may assist, this is done at your own risk.
What happens if a courier brings my order inside my property for me?
If a courier goes beyond their standard process in aiding you and helps bring items inside, you are responsible for protecting floors, walls, and surroundings.
Any damage caused during this process is not covered by us, the manufacturer, or the courier.
I want to order, but I don't have a plumber yet! What do I do?
You can still take advantage of our low prices take delivery of the goods and then ensure you have everything ready for when the plumber arrives. We recommend all customers buy all items and check them prior to arranging tradespeople on site.
Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd distribute to mainland UK, Scotland and Wales. Extra delivery charges may apply for non-mainland, Grampian or highland addresses.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and Ireland?
Sorry we do not deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. We can only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Do you deliver to the Shetland Islands?
We can only deliver to UK mainland addresses, if you live on an offshore Island we can deliver to a UK port who can then transfer to your off short address. It would be your responsibility to arrange this shipping service. Items would need to be checked at the UK port before shipping. We will not be held responseable for any damages reported once delivered to the UK port.
What are your delivery times?
Many of our items are available for next working day delivery but most are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Exact delivery times will depend on the item(s) you order, the quantity requested and the manufacturer(s) that supply said item(s). Customers will be contacted by email with a delivery date once the order has been accepted and placed with the manufacturer(s). Any tracking numbers provided by the manufacturer(s) for the couriers used will also be supplied as soon as we receive them.
Please ensure you have supplied a valid telephone number, as couriers may call you to arrange a delivery window. Next Day Delivery refers to the next working day when placed before 2pm (stock depending).
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries typically take place between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although times may vary depending on demand and the courier.
Can you supply me with a particular item I have seen elsewhere?
Most likely yes! We've been in the trade for 20+ years and as such hold accounts with most of the bathroom manufacturers operating in the UK. Give us a call and we'll see if we can source the item you need.
Why are your prices so much cheaper than my local showroom?
As we've been in the trade for over 20 years, we have great working relationships with the best bathroom manufacturers operating in the UK. With the volume of items we sell on their behalf, they kindly offer us favourble rates and because we work on a very low-profit margin the savings are passed on to you the customer. Which means we all benefit!
Can I rely on advice from your sales team?
We employ experienced members of staff who are on hand to offer advice. Our team provides advice in good faith based on the information available. However, we cannot guarantee it will suit your exact requirements.
For anything technical or installation-specific, we recommend consulting a qualified professional familiar with your project.
Do I need to dispose of packaging or pallets?
Yes — if your order arrives on a pallet, it is your responsibility to dispose of it once you’ve checked your items.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If delivery cannot be completed (for example, no one is available to sign), additional delivery charges may apply.
Can I have my items delivered to my place of work or friend's house?
Yes that's no problem at all! We can post your items to a different postal address but for security, your billing address must match your credit or debit cards billing address. A signature would be required on delivery and be sure to have them check for damages or discrepencies ASAP as outlined in the terms and conditions.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, you can request a preferred delivery date when placing your order. At checkout, simply use the comments box to let us know your ideal delivery timing, and we will do our best to deliver as close to this date as possible.
Please note that while we aim to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, as our courier schedules vary depending on delivery routes and load planning.
Some of our courier services (depending on the items purchased) also provide a text notification service with an estimated time of arrival (ETA), allowing you to select a more suitable delivery date and time where available.
You are also welcome to place orders in advance, up to one month ahead of your desired delivery date.
When does responsibility for the goods pass to me?
Responsibility transfers to you once the goods are delivered — whether to you, a neighbour, or another third party acting on your behalf.
If someone else receives the delivery, please ensure they know how to check for and report any issues.
I own a plumbing business, do you do trade accounts?
We can offer trade customers a trade account, which makes you eligible for discounts on larger orders. We already discount single items heavily across the site for all customers but there are occasions with larger orders where we have some room to offer further discounts. Please contact us for more information and terms and conditions on these instances.
What is your returns policy?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
- Returns are at your own cost
- Items must be returned within the timeframe to qualify for a refund
- Item must be in original packaging, unfitted and in a resellable condition.

No, we are not affiliated with Steve Duck in any way. Steve Duck's company is called Integral Collection. Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd does not have any connection or affiliation to Integral Collection or Steve Duck.
Are you part of Rubberduck Bathrooms in Solihull, Stockport or Amazon?
No, we are not related to these companies. We are Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd and not to be confused with any of the above.

What if I find things are damaged when delivered?
In most instances the manufacturer will supply a new item and collect the damaged one, so long as the damage is reported within a reasonable time. Please check all items on receipt as we cannot replace/refund any items, damaged on not, if they've been made use of in any way. Please see section 5 in our terms and conditions for full info on damaged goods during transit.
What if you are unable to deliver in the agreed time scale?
Like any other company that sells across the UK we may be let down by suppliers, transport, or other reasons beyond our control. If we let you down and we can't get a full order out in the time frames necessary, (we're very sorry!), any items that have been delivered can be collected and we can offer a full refund. The refund will be refunded within 30 days (usually 24 hours) to the card used in the initial order process.
How long is your warranty?
All goods supplied by Rubber Duck Bathrooms Ltd. come with a minimum 12 month manufacturer warranty. Many items have an extended manufacturer warranty, please see the manufacturer terms and conditions for more info on these. When products are stated as having a longer warranty, these are covered by the manufacturer in question and not Rubber Duck Bathrooms Ltd. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I've lost my order details - what can I do?
Log in to your account on our website and you can retrieve and print all the details you need. If you can't remember your log in details, give us a call, let us know the name used on the order and we'll do the rest.
Will all my goods be delivered together or separate?
A large proportion of the goods we sell are delivered direct by the manufacturer themselves, they will endeavour to deliver within a single trip but on occasion do need to send out in seperate trips due to stock availability, driver hours etc.. For items sent from our warehouse, we always try to deliver all your items together but in certain circumstances, such as items being out of stock for long periods, we will deliver your goods in separate consignments.
How long do I have to return any unwanted items?
We operate the standard 28 day UK returns policy. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and then you have another 14 days to return the item to us. For the return of any goods, the return must be accepted by us prior to sending said item or arranging a courier to collect said item. Unwanted items are to be returned to us at your own cost. If items are received after 14 days from confirmation, we will not be able to accept the return and a refund will not be offered.
