You can combine colours, natural materials, lighting, sounds and scents to create a bathroom space which enhances both your physical and psychological wellbeing.

Making use of Natural elements such as Bamboo, concrete or natural stone accessories is an easy and quick way of bringing Biophilic design into the bathroom.

Dressing your bathroom with items such as candles or plants (fake plants are great if like me you are terrible at remembering to water them) is a low cost way to embrace the style. Orchids are a great choice as they love humidity.

Colour choice can be a game changer when it comes to the walls of your bathroom. Blues, Greens and Earth tones are an obvious choice but experimenting with texture and patterns is a great way to go.
