Job Opening: Trade Store Assistant

We currently have a job opening for a Trade Store Assistant to work within our new Take It Away Today Store at 146 High Street Redcar.

You will be working along side another member of staff within the the Trade Store as well as leasigning with members of the showrrom team, internet sales team and fitters currently employed by Rubbduck Bathrooms.

As the friendly face of our Trade Counter, you’ll take great pride in meeting the needs of our customers and providing a service with a smile – no matter how busy you are. You’ll also make a difference both front of house and in the warehouse, stocking shelves and putting orders together to help our customers get the job done. If you share our no-nonsense approach and take pride in a job well done, this is a career where you’ll never stand still. As we’re growing so fast, you’ll be able to go places too. Duties will include speaking face to face with members of the public, trades men and women, giving product advice and taking orders and sales. You will need to monitor stock on shelves and reorder stock as required. Take in and sign for deliveries. Deliver items to customers locations using the van provided so a driving licence is required.

Job Requirements:

• Good Literacy Skills
• Good Numberacy Skills
• Knowledges of plumbing / trade areas
• Full uk driving licence (held for minimum 2 years)

This job opening would suit both new plumibng appentices who have recently completed a plumbing appentiship who which to work in retail side of the trade rather than on the tools or a tradesman who would like to leave the tools behind but still work within the industry, and eerthing inbetween.
