Learn more about the features and benefits of single ended baths, and find the perfect model for your bathroom today. Single-ended baths have the waste and overflow at one end of the bath and a sloped area at the other end. Single Ended Baths
Single-ended baths are also often referred to as rectangular baths, regular baths, standard baths or straight baths.
Single-ended baths will normally have the waste situated at one end of the bath, with the tap fittings intended to be placed above this area. The end where the waste and taps are normally situated is will usually be straight in comparison to the other end which is almost always gently sloping for the comfort of a single bather to lay against. The straight/tap end of the bath makes a single-ended bath perfect showering with the addition of a bath shower screen or shower curtain.
Straight Baths
At Rubberduck Bathrooms we offer a range of standard baths in a range of sizes. Most standard baths are 1700mm long and 700mm wide but are available in alternative sizes to suits bathrooms. Please note that sizes of baths my vary from the labelled size due to contraction during the curring process (for example 1700x700 bath may measure 1680x690 with a tape measure).
