Our Middlesbrough Trade Counter & Warehouse Is Open for a collection service for essential purchases only. We have put special measures in place to protect both our colleagues and customers, if you need to visit a store to collect your item, you must respect these strict Social Distancing measures.

Collection /Ordering Information

• Current store opening hours are 9am-4pm Mon-Friday
• Please do not come to store unless you have received a phone call or email to let you know your order is ready for collection
• Maintain a distance of 2 meters at all times between our colleagues and other customers

Placing a collection order.

• Many items online have a collection option and have a click and collect option for fast collection.
• For a custom order please call us on 01642 913727 where we can up an account for you and create a customer order. This can then be ordered and paid online.

Collecting Your Item.

• On collecting your item please visit our trade desk, only one person in-store at one time, to make us aware you have arrived and your item(s) will be brought to you. Alternatively, call us on 01642 913727 option 3 and make us aware you are outside and we will bring the items out to your car/van for you. As we can only service 1 customer at a time, we kindly as customers to have order information ready and at hand to speed up the process. 

Returns

• Currently, we are unable to return items to manufacturers and as such items that have to be ordered will be classed as “Special Order” and as such can not be refunded or a restocking charge may be issued.
• Due to the Government’s Social Distancing guidelines and the need to stay 2 meters away at all times we regret that we are currently unable to process any returns or exchanges in the branch.

On the 24th March the UK government provided guidance that construction, and the supply chain that supports it, should continue to operate subject to public health guidelines.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our teams, customers and communities have been our priority since the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.

We have been constantly monitoring events and reviewing all options to enable us to serve our communities and working hard to find new safe ways of working. In line with the Government advice, we are now providing a service that minimises social contact, with deliveries being carried out under strict distancing guidelines and providing collections in pre-arranged slots.
