Rubberduck Bathrooms is a rapidly expanding company providing both a trade outlet and online sales, a large proportion of which are distributed from our own warehouses. We are now seeking a confident and experienced Customer Service Assistant to help us grow.

You will be joining our online team to help and advise customers on their orders. You will be required to maintain regular contact with customers, updating them with progress with their order, and develop good working relationships with our suppliers to ensure orders are processed efficiently. You will be dealing with both public and trade customers.

You will need to be well organised with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise. You must also have a strong work ethic and be able to use your initiative whilst also working well as part of a team.

This role does not include cold calling prospective customers

Hours of work : Monday - Saturday on a rota basis, working 9am to 5pm five days a week (37.5 hours per week)

Key Requirements:

  • MUST have previous telesales/call centre experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, and be computer literate

Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
