Rapid Growth for RapidFlush Filter

UK installers have been quick to grasp the benefits of the MagnaCleanse® RapidFlush Filter, with sales rocketing beyond target by 500% since ADEY Professional Heating Solutions launched the new product last September.

The award winning manufacturer developed its latest filter to further enhance its pioneering MagnaCleanse central heating system flushing process. The new breakthrough in system flushing provides a faster and more effective method of cleaning systems impaired by black iron oxide sludge than the traditional power-flush.

The powerful RapidFlush Filter removes all black iron oxide debris in a single pass, saving hours on the time it takes to complete a full system power-flush. Crucially, it can be used as a stand-alone flushing filter without the need to invest in a traditional power-flushing unit.

Midlands-based specialist building services company J Tomlinson has introduced a number of its customers to ADEY's MagnaCleanse process, giving systems an effective cleansing flush prior to fitting a MagnaClean Professional filter to provide continued daily protection.

Beverley Thorp, Contracts Manager at J Tomlinson, says: “Previously, we'd send two men to flush a system and that would take the best part of a day. Then we would need to send a sample of system water away for testing, but four out of six were failing, so we'd need to return and re-flush the system.

“Since using the MagnaCleanse process with the RapidFlush Filter we've been getting 100% passes. The flush is complete in just a couple of hours removing all the black iron oxide sludge with a single pass, so there's no need to return and repeat failed tests.”

The new generation RapidFlush Filter, which replaced the original MagnaClean PowerFlushing Filter, provides improved magnetic filtration with a 40% increase in capacity, stronger rigid stainless steel pipe and quick and easy chemical dosing. In addition, the RapidFlush Filter case also provides greater protection with an improved slide locking system and anti-slip grips on the toolbox base.
