I placed my order late at night, next morning I was called by Rubber Duck to apologise but my order was out of stock. They offered me a superior product free of charge (which would have been nice, however I required the particular specifications). The order arrived, unfortunately I did not unwrap it immediately, it was sometime after I found it to be damaged (seemed to be a fault by the courier). I contacted Rubber Duck, although they could not claim off the courier insurance they changed the item and the only cost to me was return postage. I would recommend Rubber Duck for excellent value and customer service.

Following discovery of a manufacturing defect in a shower screen, the screen was replaced quickly and without any fuss. Really impressed with both Rubber Duck and the manufacturer (Manhattan).

After much seraching for the very specific water filter taps for our new kichen I almost couldn't believe that they were so much cheaper here than anywhere else. Hesitantly I ordered them thinking that maybe they would be graded or returns ... or worse but worth a punt. I needn't have worried! The taps were perfect and arrived super-quick. I ordered one of the pre formed wetroom base kits and roman tanking kit for a shower room which was built in to a spare room. The base worked very well as all the gradients were pre formed to drain the water to the trap. Instructions were easy to follow and the tanking kit was very simple to use to achieve a water tight area. I am not a professional but am a keen DIYer and found the base and tamking kit very easy to use. I would recommend these products.
