Warehouse Staff - Goods In

Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd is a small business in Middlesbrough. We are professional, fast-paced, demanding & rapidly expanding company providing both a trade outlet and online sales.

Rubberduck Bathrooms is seeking a charismatic and dedicated worker who can help support our company's growth.

We are looking for a member of staff to work within our warehouse within our goods in section. The warehouse worker will help manage inventory, moving and organizing items as necessary. The successful candidate for this position will be able to work independently and be comfortable lifting up to 25kg.

As goods in, you would be responsible for receiving good off delivery vehicles (either by hand or with forklift), check goods for damages, organise items into the warehouse racking, pallets or member of dispatch ready for dispatch. Update stock system and purchase orders on stock arrival.

Responsibilities:

• Work at a fast pace.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Keep workspace clean and tidy.
• Be able to lift heavy objects.
• Check good for damages on arrival
• Check-in stock on stock system and stock purchase orders
• Put stock away on warehouse shelving / racking
• Pass inbound items to dispatch team for dispatch as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vans in a safe and timely manner
• Liaising with delivery companies as appropriate
• Liaising with warehouse departments (management, dispatch, picking, purchasing)
• Demonstrate courtesy and respect for others.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times.
• Carry out general and warehouse administration duties

Key Requirements:

• Must have a good standard of literacy and numeracy
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
• Counter Balance Forklift Licence
