Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd are a High street and online retailer offering bathroom, kitchen and heating products to Britain’s homeowners and tradespeople. Already one if not the biggest bathroom retailer in the Northeast Our mission is to be one of the biggest Bathroom retailers in the UK.

Founded in 2006, from a small office in Redcar, Rubberduck Bathrooms has two showrooms with a third opening in 2025. From it Middlesbrough warehouse it distributes products through out the UK and employs over 25 full time members of staff.

The ecommerce website offers over 20,000 products and with over 2 million unique visitors each year.

We are seeking a confident and experienced Customer Service Assistant to help us grow.

You will be joining our online team to help and advise customers on their orders. You will be required to advise customer with the progress of their order throught email, messaging services and telephone.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online retail, distance selling rules and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support.
• You will be required to speak with our suppliers and develop a good working relationships to ensure orders are processed efficiently
• This role does not include cold calling prospective customers

Experience

• Proven experience in e-commerce customer service or a related field is preferred.

Key Requirements:

• MUST have previous administration experience
• MUST have previous customer service experience
• MUST have a excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, and be computer literate
• Excellent telephone manner
• Exceptional customer service skills
