I bought a Magnaclean from Rubber Duck because the price was lower than any other supplier quoted. the service I received was first class with extremely fast delivery. The next time I require any plumbing fittings I will go to Rubber Duck in the first instance.

I was delighted with the speedy delivery of the toilet roll holder. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the mirror.I believe Rubber Duck did try and get delivery sorted out with HIB but it took several weeks before it arrived.Not happy with HIB.

The products were delivered promptly and were exactly as described. We did have to return one unwanted item which meant we paid a handling charge, however this was clear at the time and the goods were cheaper than we could find elsewhere. Overall very happy and would use again.

I ordered a pump for an Aquelisa Shower a number of weeks ago. When it arrived I discovered I had ordered a pump for a different but similar model. I emailed Barry who assured me not to worry, that if if wanted to send it back he would credit my account until he sourced the pump I required. This he did and I now have my new pump fitted and it works perfectly. Excellent product, expensive item but when you spend thousands on a bathroom you only want the best, and it was a big saving at a competitive price. Clear pricing on site, easy to use ordering system. You can track the order also. but I had no need it was delivered in two days and nothing was missing. I have orders items from rubberduckbathrooms on a number of occasions and i have to say the service has always been second to none. I am local to the company and the items i order (brita filters) are delivered to my home either the same day or next day by the company owner him self. Since i purchased the Brita filter tap over 2 years ago i have had no problems with the item or changing the filters. Since purchasing a Roman shower hanging basket over a year ago the shower basket is still in top condition and still as good as new. Top service... top items... bottom line is i would and have recommended you to friends and family.
